This Amendment No. 1 amends the Schedule 13D previously filed by Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 10, 2010, (the “Statement”), with respect to the common stock, par value $0.01 per share of Savvis, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Shares”), the principal executive offices of which are located at 1 SAVVIS Parkway, Town & Country, Missouri 63017. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Statement.


Item 5.		Interest in Securities of the Issuer

Item 5 is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as follows:

(a)-(b) See Items 7-10, 11 and 13 of each cover page.

(c) On February 17, 2011, Rhapsody Holdings Ltd sold all of the 4,988,069 Shares, that it beneficially owned, for $34.045 per Share, pursuant to a privately negotiated transaction. Other than the foregoing, none of the Reporting Persons nor, to the best knowledge of each of the Reporting Persons, any of the persons listed on Schedule A to the Statement, has engaged in any transaction during the past 60 days involving any Shares.

(d) Other than the Reporting Persons, no person has the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or the proceeds from the sale of, any Shares.

(e) Not applicable.
